The last month I pretty much ate at my maintenance. And now I'm back in my very strict deficit. 1700/1800 cal a day. My maintenance is 2300. I'm in the middle of the weight loss. I started at 182. I'm at 154. My next goal is 140. And then last goal is 125. Then I wanna maintain and then do a bulk and cut. I been watching weight loss videos to keep my mind on the goal.
